1º Demonstrative class,
2º Practical class.

- Presentation of one or more recipes of the course of Pâtisserie or Cuisine (Bellow is the list).
Our classrooms have ultra freezer, combined ovens, stoves of latest generation, cameras recording everything the chef does and a mirror leaning on the ceiling, so that the students won't miss any detail.
