The course begins by attending a demonstration by the Chef Instructor, continues with a tasting, and ends with a practice lesson. You will learn modern and refined practices with current trends.

You'll spend time with a first-class Chef in the heart of São Paulo, renowned worldwide for its cuisine. The sitting is held in a spacious and equipped kitchen to allow you to master recipes from a full menu (Entry, main course and dessert). Each participant has their own individual workstation.

The art of cooking as a Chef is open to everyone. Whether you are a gourmet connoisseur, willing to create delicious home-made dishes for your guests or simply want to learn more about the art of cooking, Le Cordon Bleu's kitchen will share its secrets with you.

At the end of the course, as a Chef demonstration, you can taste all the dishes made by Chef. You can also take your plate home.
