Le Cordon Bleu Paris Wine and Spirits Initiation is composed of 3 modules:
Module I - Wine essentials

- Serving wine
Module II - French wines and vineyards
- A series of wine-tastings explore the richness and diversity of the French wine regions, including Bordeaux, Burgundy and Champagne... You will discover a representative range of French wines, from regional appellations to "grand crus".
Module III - The sommelier’s expertise
- This module focuses on topics which require detailed study. In this module, students get a chance to learn about specific themes such as terroir, the effects of soil on wine, new technologies and the latest trends. These topics are the perfect complement to modules I and II, giving the student a complete understanding of wine.
