In this practical baking class, participants will learn how to create soft homemade mustard hot dog buns from scratch using classic French bread making techniques, followed by the assembly of a delicious savoury hot dog snack.
Designed for beginners and food enthusiasts alike, this short bakery course introduces essential bread-making skills in an approachable and enjoyable format that can easily be recreated at home.
Under the guidance of experienced Chef Instructors, students will gain practical knowledge of dough preparation, shaping, baking, and assembling a gourmet-style hot dog with professional presentation techniques.
