In this 8-hour programme delivered in our purpose built bar, you are guided by an expert bartender to prepare both classic and innovative cocktails. Add your personal twist to your creations and become a cocktail specialist!

What you will learn:
The programme will cover the art of mixing cocktails, including typical ingredients and basic equipment and the varying styles or types of cocktails - blended, shaken or stirred. Students will be demonstrated the mixing, making and garnishing of a selection of cocktails using real ingredients and will have the opportunity to practice and taste these for themselves.
