Prestige Macarons are delicate French confections characterized by their crisp shells and flavorful ganache fillings. This workshop guides students through the detailed process of making classic white macaron shells using Italian meringue technique, followed by creating and assembling several signature ganache fillings — including Mogador, Intense Vanilla, Pistachio, Salted Caramel, and Black Truffle.

- Participants should be at least 17 years old at time of application.
