Are you a cake lover? If yes, you must love this workshop. You will learn how to create a perfect 'Modern Strawberry Shortcake' from skillful Pastry Chef. The Chef will guide you throughout the class start from whipping cream, baking layer cake style, essential technique for Japanese shortcake and mascarpone cream also decorating a beautiful cake for your special one.
The workshop is held for a small group that gives participants a chance to work closely with our Chef. After your practical session, you will have a chance to enjoy tasting with Chef.
