Macarons - beginner


There are 3 different styles of making Macarons derived from the French, Swiss and Italian types of meringue. Under the guidance of Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs you will learn basic techniques on how to make French meringue. It is basically a special way of combining the meringue and dry ingredients so that they mix together evenly and form the right texture.
