Come and discover the authentic recipes of the croissant and the chocolate roll. We will teach you how to laminate, cut, rolled, proved and bake the croissant dough, you will be able to discover or improve in the traditional French bases, all the technical vocabulary on how to makes your own "Viennoiserie".
At the end of the 6 hours workshop, you will have the opportunity to taste the Chef's recipes and take your freshly baked pastries home.
