Participants will learn how to create the flavors of Braised Beef Lasagna, crafting velvety béchamel sauce, expertly rolling and cooking pasta sheets, and artfully assembling this iconic layered dish. They will also create aromatic focaccia infused with fragrant rosemary. Moreover, students will discover the essence of fresh flavors with the Heritage Tomato and Basil Salad, focusing on knife skills and crafting exquisite dressings. Guided by our professional cuisine chef, students will learn to expertly slice and arrange vibrant heritage tomatoes and fragrant basil, creating a visually stunning and deliciously balanced salad.
Within the workshop's four-hour timeframe, students will engage in a session blending pre-prepared elements by the school with hands-on finishing and assembly undertaken by the students. This approach aims to showcase the diverse skills involved in menu preparation and encourages students to complete and take home these dishes to share with their families. Additionally, our expert chefs will prepare their signature dishes on-site for students to savor and appreciate firsthand.
The workshop is held for a small group that gives participants a chance to work closely with our Chef. After your practical session, you will have a chance to enjoy tasting with Chef.
