Back by very popular demand, our tender, mouth-watering Beef Steak with Sauces workshop is perfect for the beef lovers who want to elevate their skills, with the incorporate of two different types of sauces.
In this hands-on workshop, the participants will learn to prepare a filet mignon steak using classic cooking techniques. You will also be introduced to making a creamy champignon sauce and a roasted pepper and herb butter. A special potato recipe and garnishes are an added bonus. Each component of this workshop is demonstrated and explained by one of our skilled chefs.

Red wine sauce (demonstrated by chef)
Roasted pepper and herb butter (classic butter sauce)
The workshop is held for a small group that gives participants a chance to work closely with our Chef. After your practical session, you will have a chance to enjoy tasting with Chef.

Remarks: - Participants should be at least 17 years old at time of application. - No prior knowledge is required for this course and is suitable for novices, cooks with some experience, dedicated amateur cooks and those seeking to further their culinary skills. All of the food created during the session are yours to take home with you.
