The department of LCB Hospitality Management offers knowledge and technical skills in the hospitality industry through theoretical subjects and technical training in relevant workplaces. Le Cordon Bleu, based in Paris, France, is one of the world’s leading culinary schools and an educational leader in the hospitality industry, with a distinguished range of fine gourmet products. This course was jointly established with Sookmyung Women's University to educate students as professionals with a deep understanding and relevant knowledge in the hospitality industry.
