Course Info

Basic Cuisine introduces students to the concepts of Bistronomie which draw upon the classic French regional cuisine heritage in a frech, modern and innovative manner. Students begin to perform tasks more easily and instinctively through practice. Basic Cuisine also emphasizes the understanding of French gastornomic culture including ingredients, cuisine techniques and historical sides.
