Pastry Workshop
This spring of 2025, Le Cordon Bleu-Sookmyung Academy presents a pastry workshop that captures the warmth of May.
Designed especially for beginners, this introductory course allows even those new to pastry
to explore the depth of traditional French pâtisserie.
Under the guidance of a Le Cordon Bleu French chef, participants will have the opportunity to create
their own tart and experience classic pastry techniques firsthand.
Anyone with an interest in pastry is welcome to join- we look forward to your participation!

** The class includes 2 hours and 40 minutes of practical training, followed by a 20-minute Q&A session.
** The class may be canceled if fewer than 5 participants enroll.
** The class will be conducted in French with consecutive interpretation provided in Korean.
** A full refund is available for cancellations made by the day before the class. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
