2017 Diplôme de Cuisine, 2018 French Wine Master Class

After finishing Le Cordon Bleu's cuisine program, I became interested in wine.

While I learned about wine from many places, I came to the realization that learning French wine is almost required in order to understand New World wines deeply.

2014 Diplôme de Cuisine, 2016 French Wine Master Class

Le Cordon Bleu has been a turning point in my life.

When I took the wine course, there was a perception that chefs excelled only at cooking. Nowadays, chefs are increasingly dedicated to mastering the art of beverage programs, from technical tastings to sophisticated pairings.
