** This program is designed to provide prospects with a hands-on practice prior to the enrollment of the regular diploma program. Priority registration is given to new applicants. Le Cordon Bleu alumni are kindly requested to book for the demonstration seminar and workshops which are exclusively offered to alumni.
** Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class for preparation.
** The class may be cancelled if the minimum number of 5 is not reached.
** The class will be conducted in the regular class language. (Cuisine-English/Korean, Pastry & Bakery - French/Korean)
** Cancellations by the day before the class are eligible for a refund. Cancellations on the class day and no-shows are non-refundable.
