Burger and Handmade Boulangerie
In this course you will learn the history of the hamburger, culture, make a good selection of meats, Blend assembly, what are the ideal proportions for a handmade hamburger, what types of cooking, accompaniments, sauces, cheeses and an infinite world of possibilities with our Most experienced chefs in the area.
In the same course, you will learn how to make long-fermentation handmade hamburger buns with suitable inputs and adaptations to your company and your reality.
You'll also learn how to harmonize your menu with a careful selection of craft beers where all these products talk to each other!
Content presented in the course:
• 3 different types of burgers plus one 100% Plant Based.
• 3 different types of long-fermented and natural breads plus a 100% Plant Based bread.
To close with a golden key, we will have one of the best craft breweries in Brazil by RateBeer among others. They will harmonize our course with a selection of unusual beers.
Each student will do all the hamburger and baking processes by the Chefs, clearing all doubts and feeling how the production, cooking and tasting everything is!
