Attention! To participate in this level you must have taken Level 1 of our Atelier du Chocolate: Base.

In the second part of our chocolate workshop you will delve into everything you have learned on the first level and under the guidance of one of our Pâtissiers Chefs.

You will improve your knowledge in chocolataria, ganache production, shelf-life, painting with colored cocoa butter and will have at the end of the course the production of seasonal chocolates, such as Easter eggs, heart chocolates and etc.
