For that very reason, Le Gordon Bleu offers the most complete and comprehensive training in classic French culinary techniques available today, with many hands-on hours in teaching kitchens under the guidance of world-class chefs who are the finest in the industry. Our Malaysian campus has 6 Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs, 5 from France and 1 from London who is also a certified trainer in Hygiene and Health to teach our Malaysian students. “Do it the French way” does have a nice ring to it, doesn’t it?
