Thai Cuisine - Seafood Delight Recipe

Seafood is the most people's favorite dish. In this workshop, you will have a chance to learn how to prepare seafood ingredients and turn them into the amazing 3 dishes - Chu-Chee stuffed squid , Stir Fry Squid with Scallop with spicy Thia herbal sauce and Stir fried crab with chilli, garlic, and salt. A hand-on workshop which you can experience technique of seafood preparation with Thai flavor indeed!

Thoughout the workshop, the Chef and Chef Assistants will work and guide you closely to ensure that you can understand and create the menus by yourself at home.

On the agenda:
  • Chu-Chee stuffed squid
  • Scallop with spicy Thai herbal sauce
  • Stir fried crab with chilli,  garlic, and salt

Language: The workshop will be conducted in English with Thai translation
*unless all participants are Thai and request our chef to conduct in Thai.

Included in the price:
    - A 6-hour practical session (excluding a 1-hour lunch break) with all ingredients, a recipe folder with notepad, pencil, apron and hat.

Remarks:
    - Participants should be at least 17 years old at time of application.
    - No prior knowledge is required for this course and is suitable for beginners, cooks with some experience, dedicated amateur cooks and those seeking to further develop their culinary skills. All of the food created during the session are yours to take home.
