Our Pastry Chef Instructor will teach and guide you to make a refreshing log cake featuring with a green tea sponge to bring a light flavour of matcha, coconut and passion fruit cream, pineapple compote and coconut mousse bringing the exotic flavour to your palate. To complete the perfect look, you will do a shiny glaze and decorate with chocolate pieces.
