In this pastry worskhop, you will learn 3 different styles of flan (custard tart) with 3 kinds of dough making techniques. Our contemporary flan will be inserted with tasty filling and incredible flavours. You will also have a chance to learn how to make and line a tart pan using a modern technique.
The workshop is held for a small group that gives participants a chance to work closely with our Chef. After your practical session, you will have a chance to enjoy tasting with Chef.
