The Series of Fruit Jams & Spreads

A variety of flavorful fruit jams and spreads class that will bring students through the making of bread’s best friend - from herby strawberry jam to rose flavour raspberry preserve. The technique of fruit juice extraction for blueberry jelly and the cooking of citrus peel to prepare marmalade. Also, on the rich and nutty chocolate spread and salted caramel spread for everyone in the family.

In this workshop, the participants will work in pairs for THB 9,900/pair and get a homemade set/pair back home. Kids aged 15-16 years old are welcome to join in this workshop with their parents.

On the agenda:
  • Orange & lemon marmalade
  • Blueberry jelly (Gelée in French)
  • Strawberry preserve with lemon balm leave touch
  • Raspberry seed preserve with rose flavor
  • Choconut spread
  • Salted caramel spread
