In this extreme chocolate workshop, you will learn the techniques to make a soft sponge cake which is joyful contrast with rich chocolate ganache and crispy crepe layer. In addition, our skillful Chef will guide you to decorate your wonderful cake to be a special gift for your beloved one.
The workshop is held for a small group that gives participants a chance to work closely with our Chef. After your practical session, you will have a chance to enjoy tasting with Chef.
