Our new modern Black Forest Cake will make you fall in love deeply on the chocolate cake. The cake comprises of light Genoise sponge, dark chocolate ganache, gelée, mousse and ganache montée. It is a delicate Black Forest Cake with many techniques used. You will also learn how to make a chocolate belt with chocolate shaving for a decoration.
The workshop is held for a small group that gives participants a chance to work closely with our Chef. After your practical session, you will have a chance to enjoy tasting with Chef.
