A festive Christmas cooking class, where the participant will learn how to prepare a perfect traditional French Christmas dinner. Under the careful guidance of our Chefs, you will create delicious classic Christmas recipes for a memorable meal.

Course Information:

  • Duration: 12 hours, divided into two days of class
  • Days 10/12/2021 - 12h - 18:00h and 11/12/2021 - 09:00 - 15:00
  • Days 17/12/2021 - 13h - 19:00h and 18/12/2021 - 09:00 - 15:00
  • Maximum of 14 students.
  • Teaching Method: 6 hours Demonstrative/ 6 hours Practical.
  • Recipes: Salmão Gravlax, Tartar de Picles de Beterraba e Creme Azedo / Salada Waldorf com Magret de Pato Defumado / Ballotine de Porco em Crosta de Pão de Campanha, Batata Doce recheada com Farofa de Frutas Secas e Mix de Cogumelos (prática) / Bûche de Noel (prática) / Concorde
