A festive Christmas cooking class, where the participant will learn how to prepare a perfect traditional French Christmas dinner. Under the careful guidance of our Chefs, you will create delicious classic Christmas recipes for a memorable meal.

Course Information:

  • Duration: 9 hours, divided into two days of class
  • Days 11/12/2020 - 17h - 21:30h and 12/12/2020 - 09:00 - 13:30
  • Maximum of 11 students.
  • Teaching Method: 4 hours Demonstrative/ 5 hours Practical.
  • Recipes: Jambonette  de Canard  farcie avec Chantaignes / sauce aux abricots sec / Piece de salmão gravlax avec blinis e creme / Vol au vent  au creme de  Cabillaud sauce crevettes / Bouche de Noel  au chocolate / Tarte merenguée  aux fruits Rouge.
