A festive Christmas cooking class, where the participant will learn how to prepare a perfect traditional French Christmas dinner. Under the careful guidance of our Chefs, you will create delicious classic Christmas recipes for a memorable meal.

Course Information:

  • Duration: 9 hours, divided into two days of class
30/112019 - 10:00 - 13:00 and 07/12/2019 - 10:00 - 15:00
  • Maximum of 16 students.
  • Teaching Method: 4 hours Demonstrative/ 5 hours Practical.
  • Recipes: Stuffed marinated salmon, poche eggs and baby leaf salad / Stinco de Cordeiro with port wine sauce, Portuguese chestnuts puree and special farofa / Gateau de Chocolate in the style Bûche de Nöel
  • You take home what you cook.
