Taste 8 different rosé wines in this educational and fun evening class lead by Master Sommelier Matthieu Longuere.

Rosé is the fastest growing, coolest trend in wine of the past few years. In eight wines, you will try most diverse styles of Rosé from the expected to the most provocative. The wines tasted during the course are all chosen because they express different facets of the world of Rosé. 

The wines will be organised according to their method of production and flavour profile, including; direct pressing, skin contact of pink grape, Saignée, Clairet/Clarete, short maceration, oak aged, natural wine and slightly sweet.

  • Very Pale Oak Aged:  La Reserve Rosé, Domaine Mirabeau, Côtes de Provence, France 2022
  • Low Intervention Wine : 'I'd Rather be a Rebel' Rosé, Blackbook Vineyard, Clayhill Vineyard, Essex, England 2021
  • Slightly sweet : Les Grands Cèdres, Rosé d'Anjou, Loire, France 2023
