The Grand Diplôme is composed by the classic Le Cordon Bleu courses of Diplôme de Cuisine and Pâtisserie. To earn each diploma, students must complete certificates at the Basic, Intermediate and Superior levels in Cuisine and Pâtisserie.

  • High school diploma or equivalent. No prior culinary experience is required.

    The Grand Diplôme is organized in disciplinary sessions divided between:

    • Diplôme de Cusine

    Composed of the certificates Basic Cuisine, Intermediate Cuisine e Superior Cuisine.

    • Diplôme de Pâtisserie

    Composed of the certificates Basic Pâtisserie, Intermediate Pâtisserie e Superior Pâtisserie.

  • Who is this programme for?
    This course is suitable for those who wish to pursue a career in gastronomy, with complete knowledge in both culinary and pâtisserie.
  • What are the entry requirements?
    There is no requirement for prior knowledge about gastronomy. Only the requirement of the Diploma of Second Degree or equivalent document.
