The program includes professional wine tastings and sensory evaluation, with emphasis on practical skills, and in-depth knowledge of wine, with the goal of developing students' passion for wine and drinking, providing the theory and practice of wine, major producing regions around the world, and extending learning to a variety of beverages.

  • WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

    This course is designed for individuals who wish to work with wine across different market segments, consumers interested in the subject, wine enthusiasts in general, and anyone who wants to immerse themselves in this inexhaustible source of culture that is the world of wine.

  • WHAT ARE THE PREREQUISITES?

    No prior knowledge of wine is required for this course.

    The only requirements are:

    • Presentation of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

    • Students must be at least 18 years old

  • WHAT TYPE OF QUALIFICATION WILL I RECEIVE?

    By the end of the course, students will be able to:

    • Identify a wide variety of beverages

    • Demonstrate an understanding of wine production methods and techniques

    • Demonstrate knowledge of a variety of wine-producing countries and regions

    • Apply sensory analysis techniques to evaluate wines, beverages, and food

    • Present and serve wines and beverages

    • Discuss the interaction between food and wine

    • Demonstrate a professional approach to their own learning

    At the end of the program, students will receive an Official Le Cordon Bleu Certificate, confirming the successful completion of the program.
