You will learn how to make perfect macaron shells and techniques for making Italian meringue, piping, and baking beautiful macarons. Additionally, you will Learn to make pickled cherries, feuilletine crunch, praliné filling, and chocolate shaving for decoration taught by an expert Pastry Chef.
