Demonstration: Chocolate Bonbon for Valentine's Day

Conquer love with the techniques how to make a box of gorgeous bonbon in the Demonstration Class taught by the skillful Pastry Chef Instructor to express your ultimate love to your love ones. In this workshop, you will learn 3 flavours of chocolate bonbon - Coconut vanilla ganache, Strawberry Ganache, and Lime tonka bean ganache. After the class, you will also receive a box of 6 chocolate bonbons to give it to your beloved couple and a certificate from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit.
