Come and participate in our first Gourmet & Short Course- Christmas Dinner! A festive christmas cooking class where the participant will learn how to prepare a perfect traditional French christmas dinner for a memorable meal. Limited positions!

Date and Time: 04/12/2018 (cuisine dishes) and 05/12/2018 (pâtisserie dishes) from 15hs to 22hs with demonstrative and practical classes.

You will learn the following cuisine recipes on the 04/12/2018:

- Stuffed duck with truffled jus *;
- Cod confit;
- Terrine of foie gras green apple chutney and toasted brioche;
- Christmas rice;
- Caramelized dried fruits;
- Potato gratin with mushrooms *

You will learn the following pâtisserie recipes on 05/12 / 2018-
- Bûche de Noel with chocolate ganache and salted caramel;
- French brioche, english sauce and cumaru; *
- Special christmas cake. *

* These will be the recipes made during the practice class.

Course Information:
• Maximum of 16 students.
• Teaching Method: 3 hours demonstration / 4 hours practice.
• You take home what to cook. Includes:

• Handout with recipes
• Certificate of participation

For your protection, you should come with closed shoes and pants.
