In this new way of cooking and presenting dishes, French cuisine will merge into Brazilian cuisine. Classic recipes for a complete menu (Entrée, Main Course and Dessert) will be presented, characterized by the lightness, delicacy of the dishes and the emphasis on presentation with this mixture in the two kitchens.

Course Information:

  • Duration: 5 hours
  • Teaching Method: 50% Demonstration and 50% practice.
  • Maximum of 16 students per course.
  • You take home what to cook


  • Entrée: scallop, mango and basil
  • Main Dish: sole with cumaru sauce, potato musseline and asparagus
  • Dessert: Brazilian vacherin with pineapple, mango e passion fruit

Prior experience in gastronomy is not necessary since all the techniques for the execution of the course will be taught during the practical lesson by the chef
