Our culinary and wine workshops in Paris: Enjoy an unforgettable experience

At Le Cordon Bleu Paris – Hôtel de la Marine, there are workshops for everyone. Cuisine, Pastry or Wine the choice is yours. 

Whether you are interested in participating in a demonstration or workshop the institute’s expert Chefs will offer hands-on experiences that cater to all levels of culinary expertise. These sessions promise to be a gastronomic journey like no other, providing a taste of the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu education to anyone who is passionate about food. 

Le Cordon Bleu Paris institute Chefs, assisted by students from all over the world, are leading culinary demonstrations and workshops for all.

There are also more prestigious workshops such as the Cuisine workshop followed by supper or maybe you would prefer to indulge in an afternoon treat with the Macaron workshop followed by Tea-Time.

Whether you're a gourmet, keen to learn how to make delicious homemade meals for your guests, or simply want to learn the art of cooking, a Le Cordon Bleu Chef will share their culinary secrets with you.

Pastry Workshops

Have you ever dreamt of making delicious French pastries? From mythical macarons to the art of chocolate, from tarts to choux pastry, our pastry Chefs will share their culinary secrets with you to create pastries with a special touch.

Throughout the workshop, a pastry Chef shows participants the different steps of the recipe, as well as how to successfully prepare it. Participants are invited to reproduce each step of the creation.


Wine Workshops

Le Cordon Bleu - Hôtel de la Marine offers a variety of wine tasting workshops, open to all, with no experience required. In our wine tasting room, you will learn step-by-step how to recognize wines, serve them and pair them with various dishes, guided by our Head Sommelier Vincent Feron, who has many years of experience promoting French gastronomy internationally.

The Chef was so generous with his explanations which were translated right away into English. It was great to see his technique and hear his advice on the nuances of preparing the dishes. The workstations all had induction cook tops and the ingredients and the equipment were well organized and ready to use. After we prepared the first course, our group had a Champagne toast and then went to the beautiful dining room for a lovely dinner. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We all had an amazing evening.
