Workshop - 1h30
Enter the world of pastry and let our pastry Chef guide you as you learn how to make a chocolate macaron with organic Japanese Earl Grey tea. This black tea, grown and produced entirely in Japan, remains relatively unknown and accounts for only a tiny fraction of the country's tea production.
Naturally fermented, it is distinguished by its smoothness and only slight bitterness, offering a delicate balance that reveals the full richness of chocolate. A surprising and refined combination that will appeal to black tea lovers as well as those curious to discover new flavours.
At the end of the workshop, you will leave with an elegant box filled with your macarons, ideal for prolonging the pleasure or impressing your loved ones.
Tea Time - 1h30
After the workshop, take a seat in our dining room for an exceptional tea time, accompanied by a guided tasting in the presence of Mrs Maruyama.
A fun and engaging experience, this tasting session celebrates the meeting of Japanese tea tradition and French pastry expertise. On the menu: A selection of sweet treats subtly flavoured with tea, as well as savoury creations designed to reveal the full complexity of Jugetsudo teas.
To further enhance the experience, you will receive a seasonal Jugetsudo tea so that you can recreate this tasting experience at home throughout the summer.
