Over the course of two hours, the art of food and wine pairing will be elevated through a gourmet dinner crafted by Chef Éric Briffard, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and a carefully curated selection of exceptional wines from passionate producers, each reflecting the unique character of their terroirs. Every dish, prepared with remarkable precision and creativity, is expertly paired with a wine to enhance its flavours.

Our head sommelier will guide you through this journey with four pairings, sharing his expertise and fascinating stories about the wines, their origins, and the secrets behind perfect pairings. From aperitif to dessert, he will lead you on a rewarding and convivial sensory exploration, ideal for both seasoned connoisseurs and those curious about gastronomy and wine.

  • The Gastronomic dinner is offered with a food and beverage pairing, with or without alcohol changing with the seasons, included in the sale price (four glasses of wine or non-alcoholic alternatives).
  • When booking, a seasonal menu adapted for allergens, gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan can be ordered.
  • Depending on the life of the wine cellar and the availability of certain wines, some cuvées and vintages may be subject to change.
