World Cuisine Buffet
Our Superior Students will use all techniques learnt from their past 2 terms to present a delectable buffet spread which will feature International Cuisine. They will learn team work and to produce their dishes on time. The final outcome of a great spread will be presented to a Public audience who will give them their constructive comments. We want to prepare our graduating students to be ready for the world!
'Black Box' Dinner Cuisine
"Black Box" challenge - Our graduating Cuisine Students who had already learnt enough skills and techniques from previous terms will face a challenge to present a 3 course meals through ingredients given to them on the spot.
Again they will work as a team to present these dishes to be savoured by the public.
This challenge will help our students learn the finesse of fine dishes presentation plus menu writing skills, a way to prepare our students for the Industry.
