Step 2: Fill & Submit the Referral Form

Step 3: Timely Notification is Key

Remember, referrals must be submitted before your friend or sibling's official enrollment. Any claims received after their application submission or complete enrolment will not be considered. Therefore, you must ensure all paperwork is submitted in a timely manner.
