Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts – Cuisine
You'll gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the plant-based cuisine industry, focusing on commercial kitchens, hotels, restaurants, and more, all while ensuring hygiene, health, safety, and teamwork. Our teaching methods include practical sessions, group discussions, and sensory evaluations. These approaches will refine your ability to differentiate and appreciate the nuances of food, making you an expert in distinguishing the flavours.

The curriculum extends to surround speciality local cuisines, where students learn to craft regional delicacies using a plant-based approach. Additionally, students gain proficiency in incorporating grains, pulses, nuts, and seeds — better grasping their role in diverse plant-based recipes.


Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts – Pâtisserie
While in our plant-based pâtisserie course, students will learn to create tasty pastries without the use of animal products. Using natural plant-derived ingredients and locally sourced fresh elements, such as fruits and herbs, you will craft unique green substitutes, allowing you to experiment with various textures and flavours. 

Students will acquire industry-standard skills and knowledge in plant-based techniques,  emphasising health and safety, the essentials of plant-based pâtisserie and confectionery, bread and viennoiserie, chocolates and pâtisserie, as well as plated and frozen desserts.
