The Secret of Vanilla

Practice your advanced skills in carving vanilla pod-shaped cakes. In this workshop, you will learn to make a whipped ganache cake stuffed with crispy streusel, coated with chocolate. You will also learn piping and glazing, and carving technique to create a realistic vanilla pod. Explore the boundery of patisserie and aesthetic in this workshop!
