Date and Time: 22/11/2018 from 3 p.m to 10 p.m with demonstrative and practical classes.
You will learn the following recipes:
- Parmesan Sablé;* - Salmon gravlax blini; - Sphere of fresh goat cheese and honey; - Sweet chocolate milk pizza, red fruits and almonds; - Breton biscuit with strawberry; - Chocolate mousse, caramel syrup and salt flower, candied orange slices *
* These will be the recipes made during the practice class.
• Maximum of 16 students. • Teaching Method: 2 hours Demonstration / 3 hours Practice. • You take home what to cook.
