This workshop aims to encourage children to develop their creativity and good taste. At the end of the course, the child takes a prescription to share with the family.

Created especially for young children aged between 8 and 12, Le Petit Cordon Bleu is the perfect course for child development. (In this course, parents or guardians must be present. If this is not possible, sign a term of responsibility.)

Course Information:

  • Duration: 3 hours
  • Teaching Method: 50% Demonstration, 50% practical.
  • Maximum of 10 students.
  • You take home what to cook

  • Croissant modeling
  • Modeling brioche (braid 3 strips, nanterre bi-color chocolate)
