Short Courses



  • What to expect

    Short Courses are very interactive – you are free to talk to the Chef and ask questions during the demonstration.  The recipes provided only contain the ingredients – you will need to take notes on the methodology.  Classes are provided in English.  You may bring a camera along but only to take photos of your completed dishes.  No other photography is permitted. Participants must be at least 18 years of age for all classes (unless otherwise noted). Recipes may changes without notification.

  • Parking
    Free parking is located on site directly beside the school. A staff member will greet you at the main doors and will provide you with an information package and show you to your classroom.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • There are no refunds for short courses. 
    • A deferment will be accepted if the reservation is cancelled 3 weeks prior to the date of the course.
    • The participant will be able to defer only once to a later date within one year of the cancellation date.
    • In case of deferment current terms, conditions, and tuition fees will apply.
    COVID-19 Exception: Once booked, if you are unable to attend due to COVID-19, you may withdraw from your course up to 48 hours prior to the start time for a full refund less a $25 administration fee per person for 1-day course and $100 administration fee per person for a multi-day course.
