The special Paris-Bangkok Macaron features the genereous size of Italian meringue (diameter 16-18 cm.), smooth crème diplomate and giant raspberry. Our Pastry Instructor will teach you how to make Italian meringue, 3-coloured macaron, chocolate belt, and silky crème diplomate.
The workshop is held for a small group that gives participants a chance to work closely with our Chef. After your practical session, you will have a chance to enjoy tasting with Chef.
