You will learn how to prepare and cook two delicious French savory quiches with different flavor combinations: pulled lamb shoulder, Jerusalem artichokes and fresh tarragon & with ‘Radicchio’ (red chicory), Gorgonzola cheese and walnuts. You will also learn how to make a perfect dough for a crispy tart.
The workshop is held for a small group that gives participants a chance to work closely with our Chef. After your practical session, you will have a chance to enjoy tasting with Chef.
