This workshop invites participants on a sensory journey through three major expressions of the French vineyard, where elegance, freshness and balance define the tasting experience. Over the course of one hour, participants discover three emblematic red wines from key French wine regions.
The guided tasting features a Burgundy wine, a Beaujolais cru and a Bordeaux wine. Each wine is presented within its geographical and historical context, offering insight into regional identity and the characteristics of each terroir.
Throughout the workshop, participants learn to identify the main aromatic families, understand the influence of soil and climate, and express their tasting impressions with greater clarity. The approach remains accessible, progressive and focused on enjoyment.
The experience concludes with a tasting of Burgundy gougères, selected to complement the wines and extend the convivial atmosphere.
Both educational and welcoming, this workshop provides a clear introduction to the French approach to wine, where finesse, balance and drinkability are essential values.
