Macaron Workshop (2h)

Come and discover the delicate art of preparing macarons, those iconic treats that are the pride of French patisserie! For two hours, immerse yourself in the sweet world of macarons, those little wonders with a crisp shell and a soft centre.

In an enchanting setting with a view of Place de la Concorde, our Chef pâtissier will guide you through every step. At the end of this workshop, you will be equipped with the secrets to make your own macarons at home.

During this workshop, you will learn how to:

• Sift dry ingredients
• Make Italian meringue
• Macaron a mixture (fold and work the batter to the correct consistency)
• Pipe macarons
• Prepare a filling (fruit confit, ganache, crémeux)
