Les Petits Cordons Bleus from Rio de Janeiro course was created especially for children between the ages of 8 and 12, who are interested in learning about the art of cooking.
The workshop aim is to develop the creativity and talent for gastronomy. All recipes are selected specifically for Les Petits, respecting the age range of each child. The chefs also receive special pedagogic training to teach this audience and at no time they are lest alone in the gastronomy laboratory, as they are always supervised by a professional.
Prior experience in cooking is not required for children who wish to attend Les Petits Cordons Bleus. It is only necessary that each student attend the classes always accompanied by a responsible adult.
At the end of the course, the student can prepare recipes to share with the whole family. Maybe it could be the beginning of a career?
