Tart Fairy

Let your imagination flys in the 'Tart Fairy' workshop! Our Chef will lead you to the world of fairy tale with a magical and tasty tart. In this workshop, the participants will learn how to make a rich and crumbly Sable Breton, light vanilla supreme, fluffy pistachio sponge, and intense pistachio chantilly. To create a small fairy forest, you will do a two-tone shiny glazing and decorate your dreaming woodland.
