All about Kitchen Knives


As a first class of "French Cuisine Technique Series", our cuisine chef Georges Ringeisen will deliver the lecture about kitchen knives for future cuisine chefs. This lecture will include:

  • How to select and handle knives
  • How to sharpen and store knives
  • Classic vegetable cutting - Julienne, Brunoise, Paysanne, Chiffonade, etc
